Ed Cohen To Present Award Winning Leadership Program at Satyam
Ed Cohen, Chief Learning Officer at Satyam, a leading technology company in India will present the company’s award-winning leadership proram at the Global Leadership Congress, Feb 25 – 27, 2009 at the University of Pennsylvania.
The programs feature leaders-as-teachers and customers-as-teachers, and incorporate podcasts, video blogs and satellite broadcasts. Ed also conducted research with 250 global leaders, and incorporated innovative practices on building global leaders identified in that research. Ed also authored the book, “Leaders Without Borders” based on the research.
Satyam has more than 5,000 leaders who run Full Lifecycle Businesses that require a high degree of entrepreneurialism. Satyam’s programs will illustrate a practitioner’s response to the increasing challenges of globalization. The session will follow a presentation by Stephen Kobrin, Professor of Multinational Management, Wharton School, The University of Pennsylvania.
